Our Mission
W.E.B. is committed to empowering women with fewer opportunities through cycling. We aim to foster independence, inclusivity, and environmental sustainability by integrating cycling as a tool for social, economic, and cultural development.
Our focus is on women from marginalized communities in Italy, Romania, and Luxembourg, providing them with the skills and resources needed to navigate urban life with autonomy and confidence.
Our Vision
To create a future where cycling transcends transportation, becoming a symbol of freedom, social connection, and empowerment for women. We envision a world where every woman, regardless of her background, can access safe mobility, build self-esteem, and become an active agent of social change.
